Greenlaptop, since 1998, is a company consisting of dedicated professionals of laptop computers. Each employee of Greenlaptop has either been a laptop engineer or specialist.
We know all that there is to know about laptops, PERIOD!

WARRANTY, SERVICE, and POLICY             

WARRANTY

FOSA Notebook Computer and included accessories:
One year Labor and parts. Extended warranty are available. 15 days money back guarantee. There is 10% restocking fee after 15 days' return.

Networking Product:
Warranty and Technical Support provided by manufacturer. There is 10% or $10 restocking fee for return.

All other items:
Warranty and Technical Support provided by manufacturer. There is 10% or $10 restocking fee for return.

Notice:
Openned software package, shipping charge, return freight, and damaged item ARE obsolutely not refundable.

1. Merchandise returned without a valid RMA number will be rejected.
2. Merchandise damaged by misuse or mishandling will be considered out of warranty.
3. GreenLaptop will not be liable for missing parts or damages generated through shipment.
4. Warranty period on replaced parts or machine will not be extended.
5. Out of warranty repairs will be quoted by the Service Department including the following:
Estimation fee: $70/case
Labor: $75/hour
6. GreenLaptop will not repair or replace anything without your final authorization.

RETURN POLICIES

15 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ONLY apply to FOSA Notebook computer and included accessories; does not apply to other items, openned software package, ship and return freight. No refund after 15 days.

Buyer agrees herein to abide by GreenLaptop / FOSA's Return Merchandise Authorization procedure as follows: To obtain an RMA No., the following information must be provided:
a. FOSA's invoice number and shipping date.
b. The product model and serial number.
c. The reason for requesting an RMA.

Any merchandise returned without the RMA number shown clearly visible on the outside packaging will be returned to buyer at the buyer's own risk and expense. GreenLaptop shall, upon receipt of the defective merchandise, evaluate such defect and in GreenLaptop's own discretion, shall assess the proper credit or extent of charges to be issued to the buyer. If extra costs are to be borne by buyer for repair, GreenLaptop shall obtain buyer's prior authorization, either verbally or in writing, before repair work shall commence. Product, which is reported as Dead on Arrival ("D.O.A.") by the purchaser, may be returned to GreenLaptop for replacement within three days of GreenLaptop's invoice date under which the product was shipped.
